Shipping Policy
We know how important it is to get our products shipped out fast! Products purchased by 12PM CDT will be shipped same day.
All our merchandise is packed and shipped in discreet packaging.
​Tracking number is provided for all orders.
If you have placed multiple orders, we will combine your shipments if they are all being shipped to the same address.
Return and Refund Policy
We offer returns on all products ordered.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order the item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery of your order for a refund or exchange. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. Return shipping will be covered by customer and all refunds will be issued within 3 business days (not including holidays or weekends) of receipt of returned products, provided product is in a new and unused condition.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to guarantee they are satisfactorily protected in transit. Items should be returned new and unused.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unacceptable as determined by MegMalls in its sole discretion, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
